Unified MCP Filter Parameter — semantic_patent_search and prior_art_search now accept a single search_conditions parameter with full AND/OR logic, mirroring the API’s filter structure

Lower API Credit Cost — Patent retrieval via API now costs 1 credit per call, down from 3.6 credits
