- Extended search query length — up to 10,000 characters per search query
- Unredacted AI patentability reports — full patentability assessment with all prior art analysis
- API access
- Prior art search — analyzes a reference patent in depth to surface the most relevant prior art patents, optimized for X-category citation discovery. Available via API; web access coming soon.
Pro plans are credit-based. You choose a monthly credit tier starting at $200/month (10,000 credits), with additional tiers available in increments of $100/month (5,000 credits). Credits are refreshed each billing cycle and do not roll over.

How billing works
OpenPatent Pro is billed monthly on a recurring basis. At the start of each billing cycle, you receive the full credit allowance for your chosen tier. Credits are valid for the current billing cycle only.
All payments are processed through Stripe . We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
